Our class is perfect for students of all levels from beginners to advanced. No previous paddling or yoga experience is necessary. Class will begin with a lesson on the beach to teach you basic paddle technique, launching, paddling and turning.
Then, we paddle to a calm, shallow waters and anchor down the boards before moving through an hour of SUP modified yoga asanas on the boards. After breathing and stretching into all parts of the body, we enjoy a blissful savasana enjoying the sights and sounds of the water.
